What is the turnaround time for items?
Embroidery Orders: Please allow at least 2 weeks for production on Argent Hats & Polos. Custom embroidery takes time to ensure precision and quality.All Other Products: For non-embroidered items, our typical production time is 1.5 weeks (10 business days).
CAN I ORDER DIFFERENT ITEM(S) AT CHECKOUT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process multiple orders at the same time. Each order must be placed individually to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders once a week to ensure efficient processing and timely deliveries. Please review our shipping schedule below:Shipping Day: We ship every Friday.Order Cut-Off: Place your order by Thursday, 5:00 PM (COB) to have it shipped on Friday.Late Orders: Orders after the cut-off will ship the following Friday.You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Delivery times vary by location, but we strive for prompt delivery.
What's your return policy?
Clothing Defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or flaw, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll gladly replace the defective item.🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL 🚫 Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or provide refunds for any other reasons apart from clothing defects.
